1. Flowers
All bouquets, decorations and plants are craftsmanship by a local flower shop. We strive to have easily accessible flowers in all our products that we display in our online store. The assortment at our local florists will vary throughout the year because the supply of flowers will vary throughout the seasons.
If a special flower is not available, this will be replaced with a flower of similar shape and color. Our flower decorators will always strive to create a bouquet as similar as possible to the original product.
In our product pictures, we usually show flowers that are in full bloom. This is to show what the bouquet looks like during most of its life. When the flowers are delivered, they are fresh and can therefore include flowers that have not yet sprung out completely. This is so that your flowers can be enjoyed for as long as possible. All prices are listed under each product and at each size. Dissemination costs are included in the flower value, delivery costs are added to the product price. If the number of flowers is not indicated in the product description, it may vary depending on the size and price of the flowers. Beyond that, the range of decorators can vary according to season and availability.
2. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Father’s Day
During holidays, the offer of flowers may vary from shop to shop, depending on availability at the florist. Flowers can therefore be replaced with equal goods in shape and color. Of course, our decorators do their utmost to ensure that the delivered product matches the ordered product.
In some cases, it may be necessary that the florist calls in advance (for example, to ensure access to an entrance or similar), etc, so it is important to provide the recipient’s phone number when ordering. The delivery fee covers only one delivery, so if the florist runs in vain, the flowers will be able to be picked up in the store afterwards.
Please note that wholesale prices for certain flowers may rise until Christmas, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. The prices are controlled by the major flower wholesalers in the Netherlands. Therefore there is an extra wide range of different flowers and bouquets to offer products in all price ranges.
We always strive to deliver as early as possible. On holidays when there are extra orders, this is unfortunately not always possible, and some orders can therefore be delivered in the afternoon and evening.
During the Christmas week there is a high load and therefore it’s not guaranteed that your Christmas greeting will be delivered on the desired date. This applies only to Christmas greetings, not other flower greetings such as birthdays and condolences.
3. Additional products
All additional products are presented in the order process after you have selected your flowers. The selection of additional products may vary, depending on the availability of the product at the place your flower greeting should be delivered. Photos of the additional products (e.g. vases and greeting cards) show available product type. The additional product the florist delivers may therefore differ from the image you see on the website.
4. Giftcard
You can buy and use gift cards in all affiliated florists. If you would like to know which stores apply, you are welcome to contact customer service. An already scraped card cannot be used in a flower shop, but must be used online.
Use your gift card at the relevant local websites. Only one gift card can be used per order. Please note that the gift card does not cover the delivery fee.
The gift cards can be purchased with a value of 50 kr, 100 kr, 200 kr or 300 kr. When you redeem your gift card, the full amount is counted as spent. That is, no value is stored on the gift card. The validity period is on the back of the gift card.
5. Discount codes and e-vouchers
If you have received a discount code or an e-voucher, you are responsible for this. To prevent unauthorized persons from using your code and making an order, it is recommended to keep it in a safe place. Discount codes can only be used on the specified website and entered in the «Enter code» field in the shopping cart or on the last page before paying. After you enter the discount code, activate it by clicking on the button «Activate» to the right of the field.
Please note that discounts are usually valid for a limited period of time. Only one code per order can be used. Contact customer service if there are any problems using the code and/or voucher.
6. Delivery time and guarantees
6.1 Generally
Remember to write the sender in the short text, so that the recipient knows from whom to thank. Orders are prepared the day before delivery, so it is not guaranteed that changes can be made close to the delivery date.
Delivery time may vary according to courier agreements. Flower deliveries usually take place between 08:00 and 21:00 on weekdays and 09:00 and 16:00 on Saturdays. If the recipient is not at home, the flowers are delivered to the door or must be picked up in-store. If not possible due to lack of port code or similar, the recipient will be contacted for store collection.
6.2 Delivery on the same day
Orders made before 14:00 Monday–Friday and 12:00 on Saturdays are guaranteed for same-day delivery to mainland and major cities. Company deliveries must be placed before 09:00.
6.3 Sundays and public holidays
Delivery on Sundays and public holidays is not guaranteed unless stated otherwise. Such orders will be delivered on the nearest delivery day.
6.4 Orders for a funeral
Funeral arrangements must be ordered no later than 3 weekdays in advance. For stretcher bouquets, the deadline is 1 week.
6.5 International orders
Flowers sent abroad are delivered by local representatives. Delivery may vary depending on the country. Orders to overseas countries must be placed the day before.
6.6 Delivery to company addresses
Deadline for company deliveries is 09:00 on weekdays. No delivery to companies on weekends. Deliveries typically go to the building’s reception.
6.7 Responsibility and terms of delivery
Customers are responsible for correct recipient details. Incorrect or incomplete info may result in failed delivery with no refund. In extreme weather or difficult conditions, delivery may be delayed or redirected to a local pickup point.
7. Payment and security
7.1 Payment options
Multiple payment options are available. All credit card payments are processed securely. Invoice payments go through a credit check. Invoices are sent by a partner service. Invoices have 14-day payment terms. Must be 18 years or older to order.
7.2 Protection of personal data
Customer information is treated as confidential and is not shared without consent.
7.3 Newsmail and SMS
Signing up for news emails/SMS ensures receipt of offers and news. After ordering, promotional emails may be sent unless unsubscribed via the provided link.
7.4 Order confirmation
A confirmation is shown on screen and sent by email after order completion.
7.5 Fake orders
Any false or fraudulent orders will be reported to the authorities.
8. Uploading and distributing content
All content, including images, is copyrighted and commercial use is prohibited without permission.
9. Service-fee
A 5–10% service fee is included in all orders, covering handling, logistics, and customer service. A small greeting card is included in the product value.
10. Changing or cancelling an order
Changes must be made with 24 hours’ notice. On holidays, this window may extend to 72 hours due to volume. Changes close to the delivery date are not guaranteed.
11. Refund policy
11.1 If the product is damaged or faulty
Complaints must be made within 1 working day. There is a 7-day freshness guarantee. Provide photos or return the product for free replacement. If not faulty, the product and cost may be charged.
11.2 If the wrong product is received
Return following the same process; full refund and return cost will be covered.
12. Returns & complaints
For returns or complaints, contact customer service to get an order number. Use secure delivery when returning. If difficulty arises due to size, contact customer service. Always include order number or payment ID for efficient handling.
